Nano Diamond Application - 奈米鑽石的運用
奈米鑽石的用途很廣,混入電解液中可以強化鍍膜、耐磨、耐腐蝕、延長產品生命週期;混入機油形成「油鑽」的被覆層可用以提高引擎效率;混入鐵氟龍可以用在高級不沾鍋的製作或模具的鍍膜處理;混入塑膠可用以直接拋光晶圓而不虞造成刮傷;混入橡膠形成「膠鑽」可用以強化其機械性能。 奈米鑽石粉末可製作各種工具、表面塗層,可提高塗層硬度1.5-3 倍,提高耐磨度1.5-8 倍,以下為奈米鑽石運用的行業:
